    Hey all,

    I'm still trying to clear up some graphic issues on my mac which seems to be limited to the strange blue static-like pixels from spells on the ground, horse prints. This sometimes shows up as white.

    I'm no techie so trying to understand if the above will fix the issue or if there is something else I can do. I don't want to mess something up. :)

    The fix mentioned above has become obsolete, as the client now sets a sufficient file handle limit by itself on launch.

    Regarding your graphics issues, do you see them on any quality levels? What happens when you tune particle systems down to minimum? Could you try to disable all addons you're using and then check whether you still see those issues?

    I'm sorry to just now be seeing this. Thanks for the tips.

    I have most settings at medium or low but will try out your suggestion of taking particle systems down all the way.

    I don't use any add-ons at the moment. All the issues seem to be related to textures on the ground from something burning, footprints, etc.

    EDIT: I've turn down particle systems (and up) and nothing seems to have any impact. It's as if the particular graphics never downloaded so it defaults to red, blue or white low-res static.

    The light blue static graphics on the ground has gotten worse of late. Anyone else?

    I see it in Cyrodiil a lot, kinda like a desert mirage as it often sends me running over to see what it is!

    Maybe I can use it to my advantage to attract the enemy whilst I hide behind the rock for an ambush. ;)

    I'm not sure if there is any setting adjustments I haven't tried but if anyone using a mac has found a solution, I'd love to hear it.

    For 3 month I can go only solo - any group activity freeze my Mac to death and I have to reboot by "power" button.
    I know that my Mac is too old, but maybe there is any chance to make it little bit better..? :(
