[Bug] "Dream-Walk Into Darkness" Quest

my game is bugged. when i play the dreamwalk into darkness quest i get to the part where the objective says "listen to the montclairs." i listened to their dramatic story, but the quest won't progress to the next stage after that. i'm just stuck there. i tried logging in and out and abandoning the quest to no avail. help?
