problems with acces email

me and my gf got eso two days ago and yester day we tryed to login in the game we got the access code sent to me and her, i got mine but my gf didten get it, what can we do

p.s. gf email is on one.com
please help :P

yes it was and i have sent a message back, that we have sent another ticket from the " i cant log in", with another mail but there havent been an awnser yet.

@nimajoja Just double checked with support and they are still waiting for a reply in order to continue with assistance. Please inform the player that they need to reply directly to the email for further help.

sorry i havnt reply the problem is in order now but i have run in to a problem when ever i hit play in the launcher og the exe file my game crashes instandly
