So you didn't complete the dungeons in every zone? Go in and you can grind xp as you go threw, getting the skyshard inside and killing the boss to complete the dungeons gives huge chunks of exp, the same as doing bigger quests. and the grind threw is a bonus. You really should complete them in every zone, as well as killing the world bosses the first time, a lot exp

I'm a Rkindaleft fan too. When I group, I go around the circle. If you play in Rkindaleft, you know the one. But when I'm solo, I back-and-forth in a line with four groups of mobs that, for some unknown reason, always seems to have respawned at the beginning just as I'm finishing the end. It happens to be part of that 'circle,' but if I get back to the beginning quickly enough, the groups going around won't find anything there. On the other hand, if they ever get ahead of me, it breaks the rhythm or something, and the spawning won't be timed right for a while afterward.

Cyrodil delves in a duo group with exp scrolls.

For variety also do some Cyrodil dailies.

Cyrodiil dailies are great.. completing a village with xp scrolls will net you not too far of 20%xp of a VR level.
