✭It's the same control as steak and spear shard, isn't it ? If so, then yes.
Without such an advantage, fire and ice reach are far more useful, with it all three can be good in a build.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭Streak should not stun you while blocking - no spell having "stun" as it´s cc type should. That´s only disorients and not all of them afaik (only primary effect disorient or aoe abilities).
