quick magelight/cloak questions

1. once mage light is used (i cant stealth for 5 seconds) is there any immunity for it being reapplied to me whilst im already still debuffed? or can some one spam magelight and ill never be able to cloak? no cooldown/immunity
2. can i purge the affect of mage light? (now its an on use/active skill, i assume it must have some character debuff? can it be purged?)

Actually, it's a 5 second debuff (so purgeable) who can reapply indefinitely. But on the clouding swarm's invisibility topic, a ZOS say that in a few, it will sil be a debuff, but a 3 second one who can only apply if you are invisible or in stealth. No more perma-lock on cloak, even if a good player can still perma-reveal you if you aren't as good as him.

thanks this is nice. its not sounding as bad as i was imagining, considering my stam NB will not be able to afford the new purge cost or bar space.
