VR16 Mats

I farm my mats in orsinium and I have a substantial chest farming route that I use but can these mats be found in craglorn also ????

Sorry but they can't. The new mats are DLC only either for tel var stones in IC or farmed in wrothgar

I don't believe so. As far as I'm aware V16 materials can only be found in wrothgar and cyrodiil and will also be available in the new area once thieves guild goes live.

v16 materials do not drop in Craglorn, however they do drop inside v16 scaled group dungeons.

For instance group dungeons drop v16 items for deconstruction, and v16 leather from animals - but it's rare, and you will get mostly shadowhide (v9-v14) and v14 loot from those dungeon runs, despite scaling the dungeon to v16.

Nope, only Orsinium, IC and dungeons scaled to v15+ will drop these mats.

Quest rewards also scale to v15+ but thats not something that is quick to farm.

The good news is that in Abah's Landing, ALL of the mats that I found are V15 - V16 mats.

And I bet that the Gold Coast will have new mats. Just because they are removing the vet ranks doesn't mean that the mat chase is over.

You can find them in Cyrodiil as well but that map is huge and the nodes are spread far.

I think this is because of testing only....I read a note somewhere in patch notes that this would go back to normal at launch.

Correct me if I'm wrong please but i didn't want to allow ppl to think the game was changing without leveling or having passives. Our templates are VR16 so any NPC drop is going to be VR15 - 16 automatically but not if you're level 10 - VR14.

not in Craglorn but they can be in Cyrodil- that means Cyrodil proper, Cyrodil delves and anywhere in IC
