Mass Hysteria - failing 40%-50% of the time

This is one of a long list on Nightblade bugs that have been a pain from the early days, but it seems to be getting worse. About 40-50% of the time, when I press my Mass Hysteria skill key my character animates the spell action but there's no final audio cue and red flare/black clouds effect and the spell fails to cause fear. I've had it fail 4 or 5 times in a row depleting my Magicka with no effect on MOBS. Mass Hysteria is almost as unreliable as Cloak!

You can animation cancel it, if their immune it won't work though.PS4 EU DC

No, I'm having it fail regularly for MOBS that aren't immune. It's as if it partially animates (using Magicka) but doesn't complete. That's about as often as my character fails to CC break fear. Sounds fair to me.0 -

I use Mass Hysteria -> No Audio/Screams -> No Skill Effects -> No Feared enemies
