Couldn't agree more @Dread_Knight_N7 . I used to complain then began devouring knowledge online with others playstyles and have morphed them to be a pretty darn decent character...NBs do suck though. They eat my sweeps or blazing shield quite often though..

Very serious no troll watch Benzy boy ESO his newest build a little over a month old. I kill nb on my high elf Templar Regularly. It's the best build I have ever run period. It's a little strange at first but now I won't run anything else. I got hooked when he was Breton I thought ok not an imperial. I am running the build and just got off according to kill counters 63 kills tonight not too shabby.

As soon as vet rank removal comes along there will be very few Temps left in Cyrodiil as it is only 600,000 AP to max out Assault and Support skill lines. Unless they change some things.

I personally am re-rolling Magicka NB tank.

Reflected. Can't reflect back or purify off anymore. I suppose you could purify the effect off and spam BoL 3 times but by that time you'd have been Feared, Proxy Det'd and Soul Harvested.

He is not talking about being an NB killing other NB's, he;'s talking about being a templar and having to try and kill all the scrubs out there who rerolled to NB because it's a much more powerful class overall.

Killed tons of people in IC - any class. Sometimes 2 or even 3 players at once with my magplar.
Ah, forgot to tell. All those ppl were newbies or just distracted: once they saw a templar they thought it is easy frag, so rushed in battle with no brain.
When I meet a good player only thing I can do is a try to turn the fight into endless one.

I'm a Templar and I do fine in pvp I can survive and I can kill and I don't even have an optimal setup. I use what ever setup I feel like at any given time. Definitely not a min/max kinda guy

Now why'd you have to go and make it personal? Yes Templars suck and need help (I should know, I play my templar a lot more than my NB currently). But it isn't a Nightblade's fault that Templars suck, the fault lies with the dev team that are in charge of making the changes and balancing classes.

Sorry, had to throw in the Wrobel comment. It's just too funny a line to pass up.

But as a Templar you have a decent chance against your average nightblade. I got the kill 20 nightblade mission done in minutes.

Mage Light, detect potion, shards, and sweep. Jesus beam is a nice finisher, since some people don't know how to counter it.

Don't think about PvP being a 1 vs. 1 deal, otherwise you willl get frustrated very fast. When you happen to win (especially against a NB) though, you probably learn more from it than you would with another class - things like mentioned above.

Having to use a detect pot to fight a whole class is BS. That should not be an answer, but keeping on said player using charges or an aoe is viable for me. Plus I still get to use pots for resource return

. Night blade burst seems to be my biggest problem combating but I've learned to hold block and cast skills through block to try and pull him out, assuming he's not trying to just run

The problem, at least right now, with using charges to keep on the player for templars is unless you are using sword and shield you don't have a reliable charge.

You got it done in minutes because there are so many nightblades in pvp these days.. for a reason.

Create a 2h Stamplar since you'll pretty much be fighting 2h WB spammers. At least you'll be on even grounds with them. Go with Hundings/Night Mothers for weapon sets with all agility jewelry + weapon damage. If you can't beat then, you might as well smack them upside the head with a WB yourself.....

You can use raidiant ward to get them out of stealth the cant cloak dark flare if you cast it on them before the enter stealth

You chose a poor time to reroll NB tank, resource management for NB tanks in Cyro got nerfed pretty hard in TG. Still doable, but you'd have enjoyed it more prior to TG.

Maybe against a NB who doesn't know what they're doing... This is more likely true against stamblades. Magblades have a great deal at their disposal to counter sorcs, most of which stand in one place with shields and mines thinking that will keep everyone away.

I have a lot of experience on my Argonian Nightblade (I played him very equally with my Templar for the first year of the game). Nightblades went through the ringer in the early portion of the game. I don't want to see them go back to that status at all.

Sorry OP but your wrong I PvP with my templar all the time they are very strong it's about the player not the class. Nbs are the easiest kills you cant run crap like the phoenix set or heavy armor ect and expect to do any good.
