Just reported a BUG with endless fury (hope its a bug)

Now lets put aside the other issues with this spell, like the delay in the explotion procc when you bring someone under 20% hp before 4 seconds is up etc and they heal back up above 20% and the explotion never happens etc etc, there are several issues with this spell.

But today I noticed that the execution-explotion while target is under 20% hp doesnt happen if the target is blocking, you can actually block the entire execution-mechanic. Intended? (i know every executioner except radiant destruction is blockable, but they atleast deal the dmg, if you cast endless fury on a blocker at 10% hp they take like 900 dmg lolz)

Oh, this is almost as good as when the execute proc was reflectable.

Yes it is, but atleast it deals the dmg. Endless fury does not procc even if the target is at 19% hp or lower if target is blocking.
