PTS - Mac client - Frame Rate Dropoff due to Maelstom Bow

Just downloaded the latest patch to the PTS and as NA used the NB template. I equipped the Malstrom 2H Sword and Bow. With the sword in hand I am getting 30-45 FPS but changing to second bar rates drop to 5-9 FPS.
The bow FPS jumps up when I activate Dark Cloak

able to make a short clip of this happening? more evidence the better
system specs may help as well since it COULD be an issue with not being optimised with your partsPLEASE REPLY TO ME WITH @dsalter otherwise i'm likely to miss the reply if its not my own thread
