It can kill me, therefore it's too powerful. Also nerf cloak. I heard people can still use it when they're alone, in a house, that's a 1000 miles away from Cyrodiil. Too powerful.

Actually, its a Slowfall Potion you want to reduce fall damage.
Me, I just surf down the cliffs. Have not found one yet I could not slide or surf down without damage or much damage.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

✭Funny thing happened to me just a few days ago in Wrothgar:
I came too close to the edge of a veeeery high cliff while I just wanted to look around and take screenshots of the incredibly awesome scenery, then I fell down sooo far and didn't even have a scratch, which means, not even my healthbar showed up! I was in sneak, though, I don't know if this matters, maybe it does. Then I tried it several times at other spots, sometimes it was the same, sometimes my health went down a bit. Not sure why.
When it happened the first time, I was on TS speaking and I was like "wuuuuuaaaaaahhh", landed, then "huh? I'm still alive?" lol
