Guild Name Change Ticket Sent, But No response even a Week later

i send a ticket with request to change guild name a week ago & still no response, its not have been changed & i haven't gotten mail that say's that its to long, so whats up? dos ur team no longer deal with guild name change? but even if its 1 or 2 letters to long ur team can ignore that limit, their game so they can brake its set in rules, bend them, it was day or half a day before maintenance when i send the ticket

also i have a question, do u need maintenance to change guild name, its not possible any other time?

This is good.
I had set up a guild for me and my friends before they got on, and I had forgotten the exact title, and put soemthing different, and we too would rather not start a new one.

I would try submitting a ticket. Since the time I originally made this post ZoS has outsourced its customer service to a third party company. I do not know if they can still do this but it is certainly worth trying.

It is possible to have your guild name changed if you are the guild leader. Simply contact customer support with three potential names.

Sorry to hear that. My recollection was that I had a response after a few days and once I let them know what I wanted it switched to, they made the change a few days later. Call it a week start to finish.

game needs 2 things, faction change menu like the one u get when u make guild where u chose guild faction & second option to change guild name, first change is free later it asks a lot of gold so ppl won't start to changes G names like socks

or that guild is multi factional, for example that my heraldry isn't white when i go in Cyrodiil with other faction chars, & guild has symbols of all 3 factions in guild menu when u push G & G menu open u see 3 symbols

i send just 1 name, if it was 1 or 2 letters over the limit isn't it still possible to change in to that name? ESO team ppl are admins so they should be able to brake the in game written/made txt rule

its a small thing, but i think dominion should be green or brown not yellow, for1 they are closer to nature & connection with boosmer who are even more connected with nature & cat race, all 3 are connected with natures, boosmer more & others are with boosmer, well i think green suits even more, maybe in future u can make that little change? , i guess team thought of yellow when they made eso cause Altmer skin is kind of yellow

with support, there is weird thing i had Ublock Origin on, active, & then i cant log in support, when i disable it i get mail from support site that i have new IP & use that code in the mail, & that's awry time if a enable the add again, it doesn't happen if add is always disabled, ur team could investigate whats issue ur support site has with that add
