A big thanks to @Mr.Tibbs, @Jollaby (@ThaJollabyb14_ESO on the forum) and @ZeroIndex, all three people were very helpful in locating the well-hidden treasures. This guide would have been out last week, but we discovered that the Bangkorai treasure was broken, which was fixed in today's PTS patch (it is currently still lacking proper textures though).
This is a video guide for the collectible achievement 'A Cutpurse Above' in the Thieves' Guild expansion. This guide will not be relevant until this DLC hits the Live servers, but I am posting it regardless.

- All 16 treasures are located in major cities, only one treasure per zone.
- All 16 treasures have guards nearby, so stick to the shadows.
