On 2/9 from 6-7AM EST, the ESO Support ticketing system will be down maintenance. You will be unable to create tickets during this time.
Why is this important? It's not like you answer tickets anyway.

This is the exact reason they are fixing the system..... they aren't receiving the tickets in the call centre.. lol...
