I had said this in a different thread but the FAQ and fine print contradict each other.
Fine print:
5. PRIZE CLAIM CONDITIONS
Sponsor will attempt to notify each selected entrant via email within approximately forty-eight (48) hours of the Draw Date at the email account provided by the entrant in his or her The Elder Scrolls ® Online account if that was the means of entry or provided on the Mail-In Entry form if that was the means of entry.
Versus
FAQ:
Each selected winner will be notified by email at the address provided on the entry form on or about February 22, 2016.
Draw Date is February 1st, 2016 as defined in the FAQ.
As per usual I couldn't get a ZOS response to clarify the matter

DanielMaxwell✭✭✭according to the rules all winners should have been contacted by now , and they should receive their prizes around Feb 22 , 2016 . only exceptions would be those who they could not contact or who where disqualified under the rules . No guarantee that the prizes will go to another eligible entrant in event of disqualification of winners ,the rules seem a little unclear on if all or only some unclaimed prizes will be awarded in event of a disqualification .
Second place prizes I suspect will be but the grand prize I do not expect will be.0
