It's been 15 days since I submitted a support ticket for a simple UID change on the first day that I started playing this game because I misspelled it and 14 days since I got an automated e-mail about being snowed in. I'm sure they're no longer popsicles, so.. when am I going to be able to get my support ticket responded to?
