Do you think Battle Spirit should affect health/percentage based skills?

    If health went back to 1.5 ratio it would be a 36% buff to health based stuff. With that being reversed and an 30-50% base buff to health in Cyrodiil (instead of the flat 5000 you get now), you could essentially do away with the 50% healing/shield/damage nerf completely which would be a better solution imo.

    Otherwise it's just a convoluted mess. This affects that but not this, but yes it also affects this but not that other stuff.

    I haven't heard a good argument from those who say battle spirit should affect these abilities. 19 votes so far, can anyone give insight to your reasoning? I've already explained why @Erondil is wrong (no offense buddy) about blazing shield being overpowered.

    Yeah I actually forgot that blazing shield damages would be the same, if zos doesn't forget to reapply battle spirit to its damage which is actually not sure. @Soris if blazing shield wouldnt be affected by battle spirit this value would go up to 18k shield for 50k hp which isnt even hard to achieve for certain races in PvP areas (on my darkelf dk I tried hp build I had 55k hp quite easily with vr15 blues enchants) and such value is pretty stupid considering people cry about sorc's 11k hardened ward. Ressource management shouldn't be too big of a deal with 501 cp if you go with reduc cost glyphs, rune focus and mbe gold food, raw damage isn't really needed as your main source of damages is your blazing shield that scale with hp. I'm not saying it would be completely OP, but somebody able to have 18k instant damage shield that deals 4.5k tooltip aoe damages (roughly my unbuffed sap essence with a full dmg build) when it blows up, and with decent ressource management doesnt seem balanced to me.
    I might be wrong about blazing shield, but my point stands still for igneous shield, a max hp dk build is already quite nice to have in, group so without reduction by battle spirit it would be completely out of control. 12k AoE shield, non crittable and not affected by heal debuff (even more important with purge cap, sieges buff and the new heal debuff set) I guess you can see whats wrong here.
    I agree that those skills need buff, but increasing their strenght by 100% would be crazy... and thats what you basically want to do (except for blazing shield secondary effect)

    I forgot about the 1.5 ratio thing. There have been so many nuffs and berfs that the convoluted mess is turning full circle.
