Cp tooltips work for some not all.

Currently on live mighty(physical dmg) tharumage (poison, diease, magic) damage show on tooltip when adding points however elemental expert doesn't work.

So now that magic damage is part of elemental expert does the tooltip still work or is it broke too now?

Do all tooltips work are numerical stats actually shown like they do for mighty?

Can any1 on pts check this

Elemental is broken. The magic damage is still showing up from Therma.

Just the skill tooltips are wrong on pts. If you add it to the correct CP as stated you will get the benefits. I assume it's the same on live for elemental. Don't trust tooltips.

If I remember Ayase's thread on Tamriel Foundry, elemental cp are calculated after the tooltip calculation. So, putting points in elemental won't boost the displayed damage but your real damage will be boosted.
Thaumaturge increase the tooltip damage on live, but for mighty I don't know.

Use addons or the new damager display (if you don't crash with it) to check your real damage.

The tooltips in the PTS are really fun to decipher. For most non-DoTs the true tooltip is Tooltip/(1+Thaumathurge). For most DoTs the true tooltip is Tooltip/(1+Thaumathurge)*(1+Thaumathurge+Elemental Expert). There is one exception I've encountered which is Radiant Oppression where the true tooltip should be Tooltip*(1+Thaumathurge+Elemental Expert). Hope that helps you with your testing! Also let us pray that ZOS will fix it.
