I don't receive access code to log in

Hi,
I wanted to start again with TESO but I can't log in to the game since it says that I'm logging for a new computer (which is true). Problem is that I don't receive the access code on my registered email address. Same problem when I try to log in support page.
I tried to reset my password : I received the email instantly, same thing when I reseted my forum password.
Anyone had same problem and could resolve it ?

Can't login to account website either, same problem, can't resolve. Haven't tried to reset pwd.
Found problem when trying to get into PTS, get the "new device, we sent a code" message, but code never shows up. Then tried to get into account settings via web to check email address, same problem.

asuzab16_ESO✭✭✭Same problem here. Not receiving the access code to log in ingame or on the support page. Impossible to contact support. Just have to hope a savior sees this thread.0

Good news, now I'll see tomorrow if it also works with another computer.0
