I don't receive access code to log in

Hi,

I wanted to start again with TESO but I can't log in to the game since it says that I'm logging for a new computer (which is true). Problem is that I don't receive the access code on my registered email address. Same problem when I try to log in support page.
I tried to reset my password : I received the email instantly, same thing when I reseted my forum password.

Anyone had same problem and could resolve it ?

    Can't login to account website either, same problem, can't resolve. Haven't tried to reset pwd.

    Found problem when trying to get into PTS, get the "new device, we sent a code" message, but code never shows up. Then tried to get into account settings via web to check email address, same problem.

    Same problem here. Not receiving the access code to log in ingame or on the support page. Impossible to contact support. Just have to hope a savior sees this thread.

    I could log in this morning and it did not prompt for an access code. It seems that someone did something without telling.
    Good news, now I'll see tomorrow if it also works with another computer.
