Monster Helm drop rate IMPROVED?

So I did three runs of spindle yesterday on the PTS to test damage, and recieved the following rewards for the final boss:
That is 3 helms in 3 runs. One of each weight with 2 infused and 1 divine. It is either extremely lucky RNG (as it took me 60 runs on live to get the helm I wanted) or they did a stealth change to helm drop rate!

Another person I ran two of the runs with got helms on both attempts. Would be nice to hear from others doing the vet dungeons on if they are getting better drop rates.
@ZOS_GinaBruno, was there some change done to the drop rates of monster helms on the PTS, and if so, what was the change and is it going to be on live.

Zavus✭✭✭✭Idk people were saying the drop drate is now 1 out of 3 runs for a helm.
