Authentication Error

There is a post that says the authentication problem has been resolved and the support page can now be used but I am still unable to log in. Also just to be sure I am using the proper credentials I have used the forgot user id and password reset and still am unable to log in. I need to log a ticket for account support.

I need to restore a character that should not have been deleted. There was some kind of delay when deleting an old character. When I was attempting to delete a low level character I was not using it still showed him on the character selection screen. I attempted to remove him again and it seemed to be fine. Later I returned to the character selection screen and both the old character and my main character were deleted. Yes I would like to start a ticket do you need me to post all of the accidental deleted characters information here?
