Healing ward is strong, but it is also its own counterplay, since it is TOTAL garbage until you're low on health, anyone relying on healing ward for their "oh ***" defensive ability also runs the risk of getting CC'ed and killed because they're not high enough on health to survive your burst

What happened? I use healing ward also, but it's too effective. I would prefer it be most effective when at 50% health and less effective at either spectrum so it takes some awareness and timing to use.

ZOS needs to separate PVP and PVE skills. This would help them balance.

Load into PVP Zone and skills are changed to reflect the balance needed.

i suggested on the non-class abilities thread that they lower the shield amount but increase the healing amount, as currently its just another hp pool. with my change it becomes a saver rather than a backup healthbar
