The combat text is freaking awesome though. I love it. Console players are gonna be foaming from the mouth.
You know, I was actually quite worried about this. I thought it would take up a lot more of the screen. Even the hit numbers above enemies are so small, that you barely notice them, and it's great to actually see what damage you're doing to an enemy.
I like the combat text. It serves its purpose really well and is a nice addition. Very pleasantly surprised.
I really got the feeling that they nerf the Templar to death.
Maybe they want to introduce a new class to replace it...idk.
I just began to like my Stamplar and now its almost useless compared to other classes and builds...
For the most part yes, as someone on a break from the game right now due to boredom of its current state (mostly PvP) I'm excited for what's announced and look forward to coming back for it.
HOWEVER... there are a lot of minor issues I have which I really hope they listen to the feedback on and get tweaked. I'm over the moon to see so many official feedback threads, it's damn amazing to have this level of dialogue from ZOS after so long, however now I am just preying they listen to some of that feedback and if they have made a mistake in the eyes of the community (such as 90% AP reductions to PvP skills) they'll admit they missed the mark and propose a new idea.
There is nothing wrong with making a mistake, if you can admit to it and improve from it.

Nope, seems like Sorcs are gonna be the undisputed kings.
To be fair though, time will tell if its as bad as I expect.
Since I mainly play pvp these days the rest of the changes are meh to me, the templar BoL nerf was nice.
I've seen a couple vids of Templars getting beat on by pure DPS builds and their breath of life spam kept them alive for way too long when it was 1v4 and the Templars were cut off from their zergs too.

Currently it's:
1. Stam nb's - The best
2. Magicka sorc/ Magicka nb's - Second best classes
3.Stak dk (otherwise known as a 2h user)
4.
5.
6. Theres a big gap...
7. Mag Templar
8. Stam sorc/ Stam templar
9. Mag dk
Thats how it os for pvp at least.

magicka nb at same level as magicka sorc
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
just because it can cloak? magicka sorc has higher dps with 3x the defense

I never had any issues playing my two Templars.. on the contrary: with them, I could f.e. do all the worldbosses (in normal zones) of which some of them I couldn't with my other classes' characters. However, that's standard solo PvE, not PvP or any endgame group content. For standard PvE, Templars are better than any other class, imho.
