Darkstride now comes with 1h mace -> other changes?

This was from one of the thieves' troves scattered throughout Hew's Bane. It was V15. I'm utterly positive there has not been a Darkstride mace before. Is this indicative of the addition of other items to previously existing sets at max-level? Or is it only in V15? This has happened with warlock body pieces before, so not too out of the ordinary.
