PTS stuck at 10% download?

Tried to download pts, but it gets stuck at the same 10% every time I try to download it, it got more than enough space to be downloaded, 1.4TB, so that's not an issue, and the normal game works as well as you can expect with bugs and all. So anyone know of a solution to this?
