Redeemed the code, but cant access the game

I bought the game, i redeemed the code on the website, but in my account page i dont have the download thing. i recived the mail that tells i own the game now and everything, in the billing history i can see i redeemed the game correctly, but i cant download it. If i go to the store to buy the game, its says "you do not qualify for this product". the account that i use is the one i made when i subscribed for the beta. i even got the installation exe from a friend since i cant download it, but once i installed the game i cant log it, i just got an error as i entered wrong pass. i cant even upgrade to the imperial edition because even there it says i do not qualiy...
what i did wrong or what can i do to fix it?
