Withdrawal Limits ...

Too many guildmasters, with members numbering in the hundreds, are struggling with having to monitor their guild banks from being robbed. This has become an increasing problem and risk, that translates to being unfair for all other upright players.

I am proposing, again, that there be a new feature added to the guild permissions that allows a guildmaster to limit the amount of withdrawals any member can make within a certain time frame. Such a feature will grant greater control over the bank and let guildmasters have peace of mind.

I would be all for limiting withdrawals if it weren't for the fact that items in the Guild Bank do not stack. 90% of the "withdrawals" I see from my Guild Bank are immediately followed by the same items being replaced as a single stack!

I prefer the idea I saw in another thread of having a Guild permission where members can apply to take items from the Guild Bank, but the transaction is only confirmed when an Officer okays it. This would save the hassle of trying to find an Officer online to remove the items from the Bank for you, but may delay receiving them.

A simple Y to auto stack items in the guild bank would solve most of the problem.

    Less transactions to monitor.

Consider how tedious that is to require a officer to be on the game in order to comfirm or complete a transaction. My suggestion is technically better because it will not require anyone to babysit the guild bank, or need confirmation. Once set in the permissions ... everything will be automatic.

Maybe have a tickbox for this, I wouldn't want to see limits enforced on everybody.

And why not just have it so Officers have to approve withdrawals, it's not really a hassle unless you're incredibly lazy and are totally against opening up the guild window and ticking off a few boxes, and that wouldn't be a very well-run guild if the Officers cba doing even that.

It becomes a problem when you potentially have 500 guild members. The implementation of a feature shouldn't be contingent on whether a player is lazy. The inclusion of features should simply be based on convenience. The game is suppose to be enjoyable ... not a job.
