    LA and MA were buffed instead

    The CP Resistance increase is no longer a % value on your Armor Resistance,
    but a flat value !!!

    The CP change shows that ZOS is still moving in the opposite direction

    Most probably not intended, but simple from getting symmetry in CP penetration vs CP Resistance.

    It shows that buffing HA is probably totally a non-issue for the devs.

    And yes, HA needs buffing !!!

    Welp time for look at what players want to see in heavy armor from what I gathered from my post.

    Immovable
    -cost: 2500 stamina
    -requirements: 5+ heavy armor pieces equip
    -duration: 25 seconds.
    -effect: gain major resolve and major ward increasing physical and spell resistance by 5500 amount and gain full immunity to CC and knockdown/back for entire duration

    ~Immovable brute
    -requirements: 5+ heavy armor pieces equip
    -duration: 25 seconds.
    -effect: gain major resolve and major ward increasing physical and spell resistance by 5500 amount and gain full immunity to CC and knockdown/back for entire duration. Also gain minor brute increasing weapon power by 5%

    ~Unstoppable
    -cost: 2000 stamina
    -requirements: 5+ heavy armor pieces equip
    -duration: 30 seconds.
    -effect: gain major resolve and major ward increasing physical and spell resistance by 5500 amount and gain full immunity to CC and knockdown/back for entire duration. Reduce cost and last longer.


    Constitution.
    -Increases health recovery by 5% per piece of heavy armor equip and allows stamina regen while blocking if wearing 5+ pieces of heavy armor.

    Resolve
    -Increases physical and spell resistance by 2% per piece of heavy armor equip and increases critical resistance by 4% per piece of heavy armor equip.

    Juggernaut
    -Increases max health by 3% per piece of heavy armor equip and reduce cost of break free by 35% when wearing 5+ pieces of heavy armor.

    Bracing
    - reduce cost of blocking by 35% and block additional 5% damage (regardless if using a shield or not) and reduce physical/spell penetration effect by 40% when wearing 5+ pieces of heavy armor.

    Rapid mending
    - increase healing receive by 2% per piece of heavy armor equip in addition reduce snare effects by 25% when wearing 5+ pieces of heavy armor.

    Reason some are 5+ pieces and some are just 1 piece is to help out hybrid builds. So thoughts comments opinions and maybe some ZOS guys wanna read.

    @ZOS_GinaBruno Come on right here is what most tank players want to change in HA. Just some reduce break free cost passive reduction to crit damage and immovable to be fixed.

    you have to realise 30 seconds of being uncontrollable is a godly thing to imply, being able to do it for 8 seconds while being more durable to boot is still pretty damn powerful, if the 30seconds were in place i'd be using it on a caster.

    5 pieces of HA julianos. no isses for me. or even 5 pieces of sustain, either will be worth the durability trade off of being uncontrollable for a full half minute at a meager stam cost

    Still no full benefits of LA and again who cares HA needs buffed no argument about it. 5 piece of a magic set still not as good as it on LA nor will the armor along be good for resistance with out a tank set to go on it cause news flash ZOS hates hybrid builds.

    Well 30 seconds is a bit too much tbh. However potions grant 15 seks + restores stamina and health and gives major blala for full its duration.
    In this point that skill should not give less than 15 sek immunity at least!

    I am sorry but DPS player you have had easy mode long enough tanks need buffed up and if that means we get 30 seconds of CC/knockback immunity than so be it.
