I don't understand people who play exclusively on one campaign, and especially people who pick Azura's Star to commit so hard to.Welcome to the light, Hound.

Oh, the irony. A few months ago, this guy was posting here encouraging DC to zerg other factions. Now he's complaining about the environment he helped create. On top of that, he has run with *the* guild most known to stack multiple raids.
If you've truly changed your ways, awesome. Still, I find it to be very funny.

If the game could support it, I probably would carry on playing in groups of 12+. When AD / EP comes with 40+ and lag, it makes sense to do the same back if you want to win. But I am sick of being unable to change bars or do anything but repeat the same thing.

This is the kind of answer I get from Pact leaders and I keep repeating them that they need to improve their quality gameplay instead of adding more numbers to an already large and well established guild. They tell me that the only way to win is to add more numbers to overcome the enemy zerg. They even promote and encourage lately to join the "mega zerg" as they call it. It is really sad because Pact Militia is the future of the EP faction. It is the new "Pride" guild for people who remember who Pride was. They have so much potential but they ruin it by brain washing all their players into stacking as many players/raids on top of each other instead of seeking the informations to get better as an individual first. Sadden me really.
Here is what any casual guild should do with the actual state of the game :
1) Determinate your core members (people you see on a regular basis)
2) Determine one class leader and suggest them to make a general guide of their build and make it avalaible to the whole guild (googledoc - pastebin - forums - etc)
3) Once a week, ideally on weekends, schedule a 2hours of training with whoever is interested and go over the reasoning behind the build of each class leader and give options and possible ajustements
DO NOT promote zerging. It only favors your self interests and ruin the gameplay of everybody else.

We were fighting 70+ Pact Militia for almost 20 minutes inside Chal last night, they haven't got the memo apparently.

I don't control anyone, I can only encourage and advice people. I gave up yesterday though. I know that Bftp and Sotp have shown alot of progress the past couple weeks and I'll keep doing what I can to support them but I'm not going to waste any more time with guilds who encourage zerging over quality gameplay.

Is it unthinkable that some people do not want to play in lag?

If the reason truly was to play in a lag free environment.....he would have left AS many, many moons ago. I'm thinking it has more to do with dissention in the CN ranks over preferential treatment to a certain someone you 1v1'd and destroyed always being fed AP and not playing nice with guildies. I am doubtful it would ever be confirmed though.

Mountain Hound and Wizard Daniel you must touch upon this topic. If it is in fact true, I will not stand by and allow dissension giving the COVENANT ulcerative colitis. We need a arbitrator of integrity and honor, I choose STEVE. It is one thing for a Tim Enchanters becoming disenchanted and becoming a turncoat. But it is another thing entirely if CN were to collapse. VE cannot hold an entire map when the EP is pushing west and the AD north. I don't know if Harlocke's guild is fully equipped ready to really face the horrors of Sarenvog or Haxus.
Is this about Little Kitty always having the #1 AP spot? I want answers and I want them now.

You forgot posted videos of exploiting while doing so. Then laughed about it. Dont see why anyone would care if a self admitted exploiter was leaving. Good

99% of people abuse broken mechanics. I bet you use Caltrops with Camo hunter? I bet you be using a 2h Axe, I bet you used 2 x mundus glitch, I bet you've jumped onto a keep illegally.
I bet you have done something shady at some points and are not 100% "clean". I just don't care about my reputation unlike some.

Hey I'm not complaining to you, actually for once kind of reinforcing your point. We wiped 2 of their raids several times that night and instead of reevaluating their strategies, the solution they came up with was to return with double the numbers they had before. Kind of pathetic really but meh, they doubled their AP per wipe value I suppose.
This is what exploiters say to each other to justify cheating. I would bet 99% of players don't intentionally exploit.MountainHound wrote: »99% of people abuse broken mechanics. This sounds a lot like your justification for stacking raids. If one reads between the lines, what you're really saying is "I can't stand losing and will do anything and everything possible to avoid it, no matter the consequences."
Nope, this what a normal person would respond to accusations of cheating in this game. Everyone has done something simply because there has been so many broken/bugged mechanics it's kinda hard not to.
Also, stacking raids is not cheating or exploiting.
