Can we expect to see patch notes tonight?

I'm all pumped up for the new DLC, I just want some lecture to read while I'm procrastinating my studies for university.

EDIT: Damn I just checked the Dev Tracker, apparently no patch notes today. Maybe tomorrow?

ZOS have said on ESO Live that the PTS will not come any earlier than Wednesday and that means Wednesday at the very earliest. On top of that they've said they will tell us when they have a date for maintenance which will invariably be about 24 hours before patch.

So the earliest we can have it? Wednesday. When it is likely to come given this information? Thursday or Friday.
