What exactly is a DOT?

it doesn't matter if the tooltip can be empowered. DoTs aren't effected by empowered, you can check this by looking at your damage logs (FTC, LUI...).

Now I need to know for sure, and as Im on console I can't.

So even though my tooltip tells me that the Empowerment from Might of the Guild passive boosts my Liquid Lightning it in reality does NOT increase it's damage? (Cuz I gotta change it if you're right)

And then, does the boost from Surge or Combat prayer actually work? Or is it just messing with me by saying it does?

Can't wait for combat text so I can Know wtf is going on
