Possible to change ESO account name?

Is it possible to change the name of your ESO account? I didn't realize guild chat used it instead of character names, and it has my real name in it, which I am not comfortable with.

✭✭I would try contacting the support. In general it's possible to change them since they did that in the past when there were problems with special characters.1 -

Yeah I've changed the name of my account.
I'd contacted customer support for that. They asked me to provide several names in case one of them is already taken.
