Possible to change ESO account name?

Is it possible to change the name of your ESO account? I didn't realize guild chat used it instead of character names, and it has my real name in it, which I am not comfortable with.

I would try contacting the support. In general it's possible to change them since they did that in the past when there were problems with special characters.

Yeah I've changed the name of my account.
I'd contacted customer support for that. They asked me to provide several names in case one of them is already taken.

But it was back in 2014... GL
