The No CP campaign is dead, everyone has already moved on to TF.

I logged into Azuras on PC/NA, AD had every keep on the whole map and nobody was around to care.

I played on Azura EU PC today and I must say, the gameplay felt a lot more like how it should be - resource management mattered, and it wasn't about insane burst only. Reminds me of the good old 1.5 and earlier... :) Though, I *was* playing a new class for me, a stam nb. I'm used to playing magicka/stamina DK and magicka sorc. And I do have 501 CP (actually, more).

CP is part of our characters now. I see no reason to give up the boosts and different variations possible, even it if means everyone's on a "level playing field". There are so many other sources of imbalance between players than just CP anyway.

I think this came too late. Might have been more popular if there was not a catchup method and seasonal caps to CPs.

Still; I think I would like to try it with my low CPs I have if there are any guilds out there on DC planning to run it, just send me a PM and I will get a cheap set of crafted gear put together. Otherwise; I just assume take my lumps in the standard campaign.

    I went on the no cp campaign just to turn in the trophies I hoarded over the last few months, at the trophy vaults in IC without having to deal with opposing players. I only saw 2 players in IC, both getting their asses kicked by the mobs. The problems I see with a no cp campaign are;

If I grinded for my cp, I want to use them.
And most importantly, the mobs in Cryodiil and IC are set up to be competive against players with cp enabled. The damn rats (skeevers) at my sewer entrance nearly killed me, lol :D

Overland Cryodiil is not an issue. My crafter, with most of his skill points in gear trees can pull a ridiculous amount of mobs and kill them without CP. But even with CP it took several tries to get by a handfull of mobs banging on the door to one of the crafting stations in IC.

Non CP IC has become Craglorn when it first launched. Bring a friend.

I went to the non vet Blackwater campaign and was dismayed to find even in 1v2 or less Proxy det being spammed.
They should never of lowered the ap required on that, especially on non vet.
I am used to it elsewhere but it would be quite frustrating for new players.

I might have liked it more if the non vet campaign was the only one that restricted CP but also allowed you to delevel yourself so you could power yourself down and enter any time. Not the easiest thing to balance but I would have preferred it to killing 2 CP campaigns with one update and lagging out Trueflame/Haderus every night with 40+ queue waits. Currently, if I'm playing on Azura's, it's not because I want to be there. It's because it's my only way to pvp to avoid lag and long wait times.

But isn't no CP ZOS test to see if all this extra power we have access to contributes to the lag?

I have been playing AS for the last 3 days since TG dropped, (PS4) population is high, fights are more equal than when champ points were enabled (yes i did play it when champ points were enabled) and the lag has dramatically reduced in my experience, even in large scale keep/outpost/resource taking, the lag is no where near as bad.

    PC-EU

The Place by Tony Walsh Please Read
This is the place in the North West of England

It’s ace, it’s the best and the songs that we sing

From the stands, from our bands set the whole planet shaking

Our inventions are legends! There’s nowt we can’t make and

So we make brilliant music. We make brilliant bands

We make goals that make souls leap from seats in the stands

And we make things from steel and we make things from cotton

And we make people laugh, take the mick summat rotten

And we make you at home and we make you feel welcome

And we make summat happen, we can’t seem to help it

And if you’re looking for history then yes, we’ve a wealth

But the Manchester way is to make it yourself

And make us a record, a new number one

And make us a brew while you’re up, love. Go on!

And make us feel proud that you’re winning the league

And make us sing louder and make us believe it

that this is the place that has helped shape the world

And that this the place where a Manchester girl

Name of Emmeline Pankhurst from the streets of Moss Side

Led a Suffragette City with sisterhood pride

And this is the place with appliance of science

We’re on it, atomic, we strut with defiance

In the face of a challenge we always stand tall

Mancunians in union delivered it all

Such as housing and libraries, and health, education

And unions and co-ops, the first railway station

So we’re sorry! Bear with us! We invented commuters!

But we hope you forgive us – we invented computers!

And this is the place Henry Royce strolled with Rolls

And we’ve rocked and we’ve rolled with our own Northern Soul

And so this is the place to do business, then dance

Where go-getters and goal setters know they’ve a chance

And this is the place where we first played as kids

And me Mam lived and died here, she loved it she did

And this is the place where our folks came to work

Where they struggled in puddles, they hurt in the dirt

And they built us a city. They built us these towns

And they coughed on the cobbles to the deafening sound

Of the steaming machines and the screaming of slaves

They were scheming for greatness, they dreamed to their graves

And they left us a spirit, they left us a vibe

The Mancunian Way to survive and to thrive

And to work and to build, to connect and create and

Greater Manchester’s greatness is keeping it great

And so this is the place now we’ve kids of our own

Some are born here, some drawn here but we all call it home

And they’ve covered the cobbles, but they’ll never defeat

All the dreamers and schemers who still teem through these streets

Because this is a place that has been through some hard times

Oppressions, recessions, depressions and dark times

But we keep fighting back with Greater Manchester spirit

Northern grit, northern wit in Greater Manchester’s lyrics

And there’s hard times again in these streets of our city

But we won’t take defeat and we don’t want your pity

Because this a place where we stand strong together

With a smile on our face, Mancunians Forever

And we’ve got this* as the place where a team with a dream (*Forever Manchester)

Can get funding and something to help with their scheme

Because this is the place that understands your grand plans

We don’t do No Can Do, we just stress Yes We Can!

Forever Manchester’s a charity for people round ‘ere

You can fundraise, donate. You can be a volunteer

You can live local, give local. We can honestly say

We do charity differently, that Mancunian Way

And we fund local kids, and we fund local teams

We support local dreamers to work for their dreams

We support local groups and the great work they do

So can you …help us help… local people like you?

Because this is the place in our hearts, in our homes

Because this is the place that’s a part of our bones

‘Cos Greater Manchester gives us such strength from the fact

That this is the place. We should give something back.

Always remember. Never forget. Forever Manchester.

Thats definetly the case at Azura star pc eu aswell. Tho some aoe blobbers been coming there to ruin some proper fun.

Meta is not too different on PS4 NA. Seeing a lot of FOTM NB do; Soul tether into groups with Porxy preloaded on them, then they wait for Proxy to go off so it will proc Vicious Death. I never loved blocking and moving out of red as much as I do now.

That would have been a good idea if they could do it. They'd have to downscale gear or scale gear up on lower levels. Basically make a better level neutral zone. It would be like a developmental league. It would be hard to do while keeping peoples custom gear while at the same time trying to normalize stats.

it has helped blackwater a lot to return balance and rid it of seal clubbers, now only animation cancellers come to abuse 'noobs'.
tried azura but with no cp my build was messed up but its a nice alternative, and good for people that dont have cp but are vet and want to pvp

Without removing AoE caps and de-nerfing mobility, there is fundamentally no difference between cp and non-cp campaigns that I can perceive beyond gear choices and stat balance.

I have been playing on the no cp campaign and from what I have experienced, it honestly feels like people hit harder... I have only been playing on the no cp campaign because of the horrendous lag of Haderus.
