In case you missed the ESO live, here's the TL:DR
"Uh, we had a fix for _________ (camo hunter, battle spirit, etc), but then we broke it with the fix. Don't worry though, we're aware of the issue and we're working on putting it in the next patch."
"Oh, pvp updates? Yeah, we're not gonna add anything aside from Cyrodiil because we can't be bothered to put you in a different zone, so now we're gonna make the pve questing towns pvp objectives. Right, I forgot about Imperial City, we're gonna let you capture districts in there too.... eventually."
"Small scale pvp is in design discussions." Translation - don't expect anything in 2016.
