[Bug]-PS4-skills/attacks stop working (Sprint lock bug?) with videos

I've been having this issue for a while now, since IC launch I believe, where my bar will become locked and no skill or attack can be used. It seems that hitting sprint or waiting for stamina to run out will bring the character out of the glitch. I submitted a ticket and went through multiple steps with customer service such as clearing all active affects, but nothing has solved the problem.
After doing some research I found this thread -http://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/228374/bug-sprint-locked/p1 which seems to be about the same issue. @ZOS_RyanRuzich says in the thread that PC patch 2.2.8 finally fixes the issue hopefully. Can anyone confirm that the next console patch will do the same thing?
This bug doesn't happen a lot but is very annoying when it does, especially when in Maelstrom.

✭I get this on my nightblade all the time. It definitely kicks in after dodge-rolling or using high mobility. It is not class specific, but it's certainly game breaking. This bug has made me rage quit out of PvP... Uhh... Let's say more than once. There is nothing more frustrating than just becoming a moving target dummy during a skirmish.
