24 hours for an access code ?

Hello, i just downloaded eso and have activated my account, but when i launch the game it tells me "Your previous attempt to enter an access code failed, please check your email for the correct code and type it the field below if you cannot locate this email please try again in 23 hours" i got a code in the email but it failed, im very dissatisfied with this, considering i have to wait 24 hours for a new code, can anyone help or explain what is going on, i feel like ive wasted money on a game i can't even play, will waiting for a new access code to come in the email work ?

As a quick side note, would it be possible to send me a new access code any sooner?

Hi @Magicdragon1996 !

Are you getting an error when you enter the access code? Sometimes if there's an extra space before or at the end, it will cause an error to occur
