NA - Looking for top of the line PVE guild

Cant stand group finder anymore and have few serious guildies. I'm looking for a guild that I can hop in chat and find skilled players with good gear who know what their doing to do the pledges quickly and also farm WGT and ICP. If you have a guild that has a large amount of dedicated and skilled end game PVE players then I would love to join. I have 2 ver16 toons atm a max dps sorc and currently finishing up theorycrafting my Tank/Heal Templar to be able to run 3 dps alongside me.
