  • Fix Volendrung (spawn location - weapon white on the map causing the wielder to keep it forever - usable with emperorship)
  • Remove / Change CPs System, remove current CP/noCP campaigns and introduce one 30days with lock, one with no locks
  • Fix crashes when approaching a keep under attack because of bad / wrong rendering prioritization system
  • Change emperorship to value faction score points and not alliance points - see this and this
  • Fix long loading screens (mostly caused by players joining group out of rendering range)
  • Add 2 more quickslots to the wheel or add a different wheel for sieges weaponry only
  • Fix Balista Bolts not dealing damage on walls or doors if deployed at a certain place
  • Release bigger battlegrounds with 8 to 16 players per team and only two teams

    Scrolls should be worth more points, and have bigger buffs. As it is, they have little value in either case.

    IMO, the reduced significance of scrolls has made the game way better.

    It used to be a singe faction would frequently cap all scrolls with little opposition during a time frame in which it had a significant advantage. Then, during prime time, that faction would sit back and reap the benefit of d-ticks during the relative stalemate of 3 poplocked factions -- while gaining a big lead in the campaign scoreboard. It also made the game zergier via the increased rate of chalamo-like fights.

    The change has removed the uphill battle most saw when they logged into Cyrodiil for prime time play each day. The discouraging uphill battle from an advantage barely earned (mostly pve) by their opponents.

    Keeps wouldn't be changing colors faster than a Simon Says if it were feasible for a group of 20-30 with carefully placed siege and creative use of AOE and snares to hold off a coordinated zergball of 40+. The scores are determined by who holds the most territory for the longest, but if you beef up the point value for scrolls I worry that'll just lead to factions jealously hoarding them all live damn day long. It's hard enough to maintain home keeps, you see Drake light up and call it out 50x in zone chat "Drake under siege, front door, 20 people" and like 6 people show up to defend, if any.

    IMO leave scrolls as they are, no tinkering with point values anymore, just balance abilities as in 'buff stuff people don't wanna touch with a 60 ft barge pole' instead of just making like 10 out of the 100's of skills available to players viable in pvp.

    The way it is right now, there is no incentive to get the scroll from an enemy temple even if the said gate is opened. The only thing you must do to win the campaign is to hold as many keeps and ressources as possible on the map. Capturing enemy scrolls get the entire enemy factions on your toes, thereby losing alot of keeps and in the end, you earn less points than other factions even though you hold their scrolls. This is wrong in an Elder Scroll Online game. There should be motivations to capture enemy scrolls. Better motivation than gaining emperorship.

    People who don't care for scrolls or who use them to farm pugs generally don't play this game for objectives but to crown emperors in their guilds, to farm AP and brag about their alliance rank or to make video footage and show off in forums. Those players are toxic in an AvAvA community and hopefuly we get ride of them when battlegrounds / arenas get released. Until that happens, it would be great to make capturing scrolls a legit and encouraged strategy in the AvAvA.

    The motivation to get them should be when you've crushed the enemy's will, or pulled off a perfectly-timed series of sieges faster than the enemy can respond to. The buffs alone should make them worth obtaining, but the thing is it *isn't* feasible to get them given the effort trying to stave off these aoemonkey zergballs. I ran out of fingers counting how many times the other day there'd be multiple keeps lit up on the enemy side in an effort to force them to lose ground, and it just did not work out the way intended because there is no way to defend against those zergballs whatsoever unless you have an even BIGGER zergball. In the end we ended up losing twice as much territory we gained. We could spend an hour sieging Aleswell and muscle our way in, but once it gets sieged its like our muscles are made of balloons and DC pokes a needle in it and the air razzes out with an embarrassing noise.

    Until the meta is changed or until the factions pull their heads out of their asses, then no, no we have no business thinking scrolls are there for the taking. They shouldn't have been before. They were supposed to take effort to take and defend, but they used to be a cakewalk and that just devalued them. They should be a faction-wide effort and if the entire faction isn't on board then tough cookies. Running a scroll, or trying to push for it, isn't worth it if the faction can't defend its territory and loses half as much keeps in the process. It's not helping the lack of general coordination. People like to laud 'small-scale pvp' but in some cases its just an excuse for groups to be more exclusive and get more ap. The last raid leader I ran with-a guy who thinks hes the King of Streamers and that everyone else is a 'peasant'-went from leading full raids to fracturing the group claiming 'this is so much better' and no it just ended up being a cheap excuse for him to run solo spamming spin2win while yelling that everyone else needed to slot nothing but AW skills.

    Raid leaders need to stop treating people like they're less than human, and the *** meta needs rebalancing. If a faction gets a scroll and holds it for 3 days, kudos to them, they were able to secure it and maintain their territory, but the only way they achieve that is because they respond to attacks instead of derping around at the LM's or Potato Bridge. If we can't hold home keeps then we sure as hell can't nor shouldn't hold scrolls.
