ESO and FFXIV

I just returned to ESO from playing FFXIV’s expansion Heavensward. This post is in no way meant to pit one game against the other, but rather point out a few features from both of these excellent games. I play both on the PS4.
ESO has a terrific pvp system which I much prefer to FFXIV. I really like ESO for its artwork and voice acting. Both games have enjoyable crafting systems but I’ve found ESO gear to be more useful and the level of customization is terrific.
FFXIV has a superior dungeon finder system, this isn’t to say I don’t like the dungeons in ESO it is that on the PS4, ESO’s dungeons are difficult to access. FFXIV takes the lead over the PS4 version of ESO, on UI customization and macros. ESO should really take some pointers from SE on that front. I know it is a very tired subject but I need to mention how wonderful it is to have text chat on FFXIV. It really helps me feel like I’m part of a community and enables me to easily make groups and enjoy the game.
As far as pay to play goes, I pay for my subscription to whichever game I’m playing. I want the full game and the goodies. I believe if you play MMORPGs it is just part of life. Both games have areas that should be improved, but you should do yourself a favor and play them both all the way through.

I did play FF14 for a bit and the best thing that I liked about it was the font. It was a really nice font. I played it on ps3 and honestly it felt a bit empty and yeah communicating was a pain(i didn't have a keyboard for ps3)
I would like to try it again but the subscription keeps me from doing it.1 -

Oh how I miss the FFXI macroes days! Macroing combat messages into chat for either levity or to inform of an up coming combo opportunity.
The Synergy system in ESO is a far cry from the fun FFXI combos and magic bursts were.7 -

Sithisvoid✭✭✭✭✭Final fantasy looks really silly to me but i may go just because they actually do seasonal content. I don't care what excuse eso uses lore or whatever it's nice when the devs actually do something and care about the game like that. Right, cause being able to, at the press of a button, detail a boss to someone in written form or as a tank highlight with visiable in game markets the enemy your targeting, and the order going to focus them in, is so inadequate.
Joe, stick to ESO. At least you play that game so you can better pretend to have a clue what you're talking about.

My whole thing is there is a difference between SEASONAL decorations and CHRISTMAS decorations. ZOS could have seasonal decorations.
The biggest thing that video from FFXIV made me think was "Wow... look how much love has gone into this event. " And then I looked over to ESO...What ESO really needs is an Auction Horse.

Absolutely it doesn't have to be exactly Christmas but any nod to the season and work and care they put into the game would be nice. Other than frosty the snowman costumes in the crown store1 -

I really hate the combat system. It feel like WOW-Vanilla. O f course I must admit I only tried 4 or 5 different class and only managed to play until lvl 30ish something...0 -

Your post would have some legitimacy if it was coherent. Mind trying that again in English please?
