So, I bought the physical copy of this game. Then, for some reason after playing for a couple weeks it didn't work. So I bought it on steam, not only because I had technical issues, but I also wanted Imperial City. I don't really want to lose all my characters, so I'm wondering if I could use the CD key just to get IC.
