why cant i get into tower of the vale

I have spend the last half an hour trying to zone into the tower of the vale in Auridon. I just get a forever load screen. I can run around the outside of the building and kill wolves without lag or any problems....why Zeni

Just wanted to check that you have the related quest (Depths of Madness) active, as I don't think you can get into the tower without the quest. You shouldn't even be able to get to the loading screen without the quest, though.

I had the quest. I guess it was happening server-wide, I didn't know when I posted this. They brought he servers down about an hour after this post to resolve the issue and I had no problem afterwards completing the quest.
