why i got banned

I've played this game only 3 days and do not know or talk to other people in this game even in the zone though.
but why my account is banned, I tried to contact support and he said if I violate
This is the content of an email from ZOS
After a thorough review of your account with the user ID: Nuaink, it has been determined that the account did in fact violate our Terms of Service. We regret to inform you that your appeal for an account ban reversal is denied.
 
Due to the extent and scale of the violation, it has been Decided that the ban on this account will REMAIN in place, and that all services related to this account shall REMAIN permanently deactivated. This decision was not made lightly, however it is final.

Your best chance to get information would be to reply to the email you quoted above asking for more information on the reasons for your ban.

From there you might be able to work with them to if this was a lawful ban or not, it could be that you broke their rules without being aware.
