Cannot login to Support website

I need to contact support for an account-specific request. I am using my account credentials to login but get an authentication error. I have double checked my username and password, and I even reset my password to make sure I was getting it right. Still cannot login to support, and therefore I cannot submit a ticket. If any of the moderators here can submit a ticket for me, that would be awesome.

I just had to create a completely different account through my main email address requesting support for my game account.

It is simply ridiculous the hoops you have to jump through to get into your account with this game.

Yep, I left a comment on a moderator's profile, still got no response. It's kind of ridiculous since I need support to login to support in the first place. Weird.

You don't have to log in to contact the support.
Just go there:
https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/utils/login?p_next_page=ask
Click on 'can't log in' (on my pc it shows in blue)
that will take you to:
https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/account_recovery

I have already done that. It just automates a password reset process, which I have completed and still can't login to support (I can do so in game)
