On Friday I received an e-mail as follows:
Greetings,
This message confirms that you have successfully cancelled your ESO Plus™ membership. You will no longer be charged for membership on a recurring basis, and your access to ESO Plus™ benefits will expire at the end of your current membership.
We're sorry you've chosen to end your membership. If you find yourself missing the great ESO Plus™ benefits, you can join again at any time! Whenever you're ready, visit your Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited account page and select a new membership plan.
I never actually cancelled my subscription.
The next time I logged into my account I was permanently banned; Don't have a clue what has gone on, have opened a ticket but since a few of my previous tickets have taken up to 20 days to get a response; was hoping a ZoS employee could see this post and escalate this for me so I can get back to playing. Ticket ID: 151206-001360 (had to open through new account due to site restrictions on this one).
As can see, I am not banned from the forums and I understand individual 'ban' circumstances cannot be discussed here.
I have asked a few people on my friends list and it says my last logged in time on PC was 3 days ago; even though I have not accessed the account for months now (I transferred to console when it launched). Not sure if this is a compromised account issue or just a general glitch in the system; it does seem to have correlated with the time of the above e-mail though.
