Looking for a good PVP and PVE guild

I am currently a v16 templar healer/dps and communication is horrible on the PS4 making it nearly impossible to accomplish anything. I am in a few guilds now and none of them are ever active or I should say active in the chat. Always many people on in all the guilds but never anyone in any of the chat channels and with no text chat it is impossible to try to get their attention to do anything with.

So I'm looking for a guild where i can enter the chat channel and have some people in there that will talk and be able to hook up with to do something.

I do have 2 friends with me another v16 templar healer and a v16 sorc tank. If anyone has room for the 3 of us (and we are also leveling other toons as well) then shoot me a psn message so we can hook up.

Cyrodiil Conquest:
Our chosen faction is the Daggerfall Covenant. There are plenty of quests and adventures we can do in small groups. As we grow in numbers, the guild will participate in conquests and sieges within the Cyrodiil environment. There are benefits to the guild for becoming successful in this arena. Remember, just have fun no matter what happens! We will encourage the development of raid groups for this purpose.

Trading:
In the short term, we do not intend to become a “Trading Guild”. I encourage member to make donations to the guild bank though. When we have more resources in the Guild, we may revisit this choice and weigh interest within the Guild.
