How can I access the features of the controller on ms win10?

    If you just have a plug and play controller it should work once turned on in the ESO options.

    Don't forget there is a keybind to switch between Gamepad mode and PC mode. Since most add-ons do not work with Gamepad mode, this is a big convenience. Controller mode is great for playing the game on a large screen TV, but banking and inventory are a pain without the use of add-ons.
