Is the Cyrodiil damage debuff going away in the next DLC?

Maybe I heard wrong, but it sounded like that was the case on ESO live yesterday. Or are they just removing it from siege damage and not regular damage done by abilities?

They never compensated for the changes to damage via Battle Spirit when it came to siege. They are making siege hit at the damage value it used to have. They are also taking away the ability to Purge your way through the healing debuff from meatbag catapults.

Just to clear things up from a technical standpoint, siege damage never had any debuffs. Battle spirit does not reduce damage players output (with siege or otherwise) - instead, it reduces the damage players receive.

In the end, the result is the same tho (players now take less damage from siege than before the battle spirit change)
