Best/worst thing about the game when you first started playing?

If you could bring back (or FINALLY get rid of) one very specific thing, what would it be?

Started in last beta before launch. Best thing was looking around Glenumbra and just enjoying it. Worst thing was the main quest line being bugged in that last beta

Likes: graphics, sound, skill system, combat system, immensity of the world

Dislikes: gamer tags, lack of text chat, guild trader system

Started day 1 console.

The thing i hated the most was the PC transfers with unlimited resources and all the best stuff. It took away the community feel of all working toward a common goal.

The thing i liked the most was the hustle and bustle in the towns. So many guys about doing their business. It was really exciting. I had that good over whelming feeling like, "OMG, it's gonna take me forever to " beat" this game, and that awesome! ".

What I like/d most is there is no bars with 50 skills like other games and the fact that PvE and PvP are not separated gear-wise. What I didn't like was the trading system, especially awful UI, and group finder.

Started ps4 launch day

Love the music and exploring a zone for the first. I still really love watching anchors fall, everyting about them is awesome

Hate having no text chat, no damage/buff/exp info. Hate zo$ reluctance to even discuss there **** up in excluding text chat in the first place.

Started in beta for pc. Waited for Ps4 launch to play regularly.

Best thing? I naively thought this would be the alternative to a waning WoW for me.

Worst? Reality set in and I quickly realized what a mistake that was.

Started a couple of months after PC release but left for a a year or so shortly afterwards before returning. The best thing was (and is) the size and beauty of the gameworld, the attention to detail and the way the game encourages and rewards exploration. The worst thing about the game is its bugs of course.

The best thing is that they managed to fix the bot-trains harvesting the bosses in the delves, and the harvest-bots who were harvesting all the mats and then spamming my mail offering to sell the mats back to me.

I was on the verge of quitting, but went to Reapers March as a lvl 6 or 7 because they weren't there yet.

The guild system has always been a problem for me for many reasons (ever since beta testing). Main reason is why i have to display my account name in my guild chat!? Why cannot the name of the character i join the guild with be displayed only? I just do not see any logic in linking ALL your guilds into one name, its just a odd decision. I hope they work on it at some point.
