Why after the latest Xbox one patch have my skills been nerfed?, eg radiant oppression before patch 16k base damage after update 9k. But in the patch notes there is no mention of changes to my class.

They made skills "tick" less often to improve cyro performance, apparently tooltips are lower for some skills but damage is increased0 -

If they lengthened the tics shouldn't the dmg tooltip have increased not decreased?0
